Mrs. Sreenita Thaker ( Ghoshdastidar)
The firm is led by Mrs. Sreenita Thaker ( Ghoshdastidar ) a reputed law practitioner with vast experience of 10 years in the areas of civil, commercial and criminal laws. She has extensively dealt with admiralty matters during her tenure at Bose & Mitra, Kolkata where she has attended International Arbitrations under SIAC and LMAA rules, Domestic Arbitration and has dealt with multiple civil matters.
Further she shifted her base to New Delhi. She has also worked with RRG & Associates, where she has handled an array of matters involving laws with regard to Companies, Environment and Electricity and thereafter as a Partner lead dispute Resolution Team at Sharma & Sharma , Advocates & Consultants, New Delhi from the inception of the firm i.e., 2017. She appeared for the Hon’ble Supreme Court’s Advocate-on-Record Examination in June, 2025.
