Attended the 24th CII Brand Conclave in Kolkata, and it was a timely reminder that branding today is no longer about visibility—it’s about value creation.
The highlight for me was the masterclass by Dr. Erich Joachimsthaler Ph.D. organised by Confederation of Indian Industry, which pushed me to rethink how brands (and institutions) must evolve in a world shaped by AI and shifting consumer intent.
