SG Law recently secured a favorable anticipatory bail order

SG Law recently secured a favourable anticipatory bail order after successfully arguing for our client relying on the decision of Satindar Kumar Antil vs CBI (2022) 10 SCC 51 that “for offense punishable with up to 7 years punishment bail can be granted at early stage often even before physical arrest, when certain conditions are satisfied”.

An Application under 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,2023 (previously Section 438 of CrPC.)

“S.482. Direction for grant of bail to person apprehending arrest “
To prevent harassment in cases where arrest is likely but not justified.
